Trust isn't a marketing word for us. It's the standard every coach is held to, and the safeguards we build around every session. Here's exactly what that looks like.
Five layers of verification
Every athlete is currently rostered at a Division-I women's collegiate program OR on an active professional contract. We confirm enrollment, eligibility, and team standing directly with the school or club before they're listed.
We require SafeSport certification for every coach — the same youth-safety standard USOPC-recognized national governing bodies use across Olympic and youth sports — renewed annually.
We require an independent, third-party background screening for every coach. Not optional, not waivable. Re-screened annually.
We require a government-issued photo ID match for every coach — the person coaching your kid is the person on the profile.
Every coach agrees to the NxtLevel Code of Conduct as a condition of joining. Violations result in immediate suspension and, where appropriate, referral to the athlete's school and SafeSport.
How sessions are run
Every parent has a direct line to the founder. No tickets, no chatbots. Email safety@nxtlevelnil.com and you'll hear back from a person — we aim to respond within 24 hours.
Every session takes place in a public space — a local field, park, or gym — coordinated through the Platform. Parents are always welcome to stay, observe, or participate; they are never required to. Athletes never contact players under eighteen outside of Platform channels, never transport players, and never run sessions in private residences.
Athletes are mandatory reporters under the Code of Conduct. If they observe or suspect any threat to a participant's safety, they must report it immediately to the founder and to local authorities where required by law.
Every safety report is reviewed by the founder, typically within 24 hours. We document, investigate, and where warranted, suspend accounts pending investigation. We do not let a report sit.
NxtLevel NIL is securing general-liability insurance with an abuse and molestation rider through a sports-specialist carrier as part of our pilot rollout.
Sessions are typically held outdoors at parks and fields. If weather or a venue closure forces a cancellation, the athlete reschedules the session at no cost to the family. Parents and athletes coordinate the indoor backup location directly when conditions call for it.
Parents are responsible for transporting players to and from each session. NxtLevel athletes do not transport minors under any circumstance. Liability for travel to and from the session stays with the parent or guardian.
Report a concern
You don't need to be sure. You don't need to have evidence. If something about a session, an athlete's communication, or a participant's safety feels wrong, email us. The founder reviews every report — typically within 24 hours — and responds personally. For emergencies or immediate threats, call 911 first, then email us so we can support the response.
Reporting form
Prefer a form to email? Use this — it goes to the same place, straight to the founder, typically reviewed within 24 hours.
