When you book a session, you enter your mobile number on the booking form and agree to the disclosure below before submitting. Providing your number is optional and is not required to book. Athlete-coaches opt in the same way from their account settings. Here is exactly what you agree to:

What messages you'll receive

Booking confirmations

Sent to a parent/guardian when a coaching session they booked is confirmed.

Session reminders

A reminder ahead of a scheduled session so families don't miss it.

Schedule changes

If a session is rescheduled or canceled, the affected party is notified.

Coach booking alerts

Sent to a verified athlete-coach when a family books them.

Payout notifications

Sent to an athlete-coach when a payout is issued to their bank.

Message frequency

Varies by your activity — messages are triggered by your own bookings and account events, not on a fixed schedule.

Cost

NxtLevel NIL does not charge for text messages, but message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
