A required independent third-party background check and government-issued ID verification before you go live. It's the trust layer that lets a parent pay your full rate with confidence.
You sign a Code of Conduct, serve as a mandatory reporter, and are re-screened every year. Meeting a real standard is what separates a verified NxtLevel coach from a name on a generic lessons app.
